TPL Properties Breaks Ground on Lagoon Views 1 at The Mangrove — Pakistan’s First Sustainable Creekside Development.

Karachi, Pakistan – July 30, 2025 — TPL Properties held a ceremony to break ground for Lagoon Views 1, the first residential tower at The Mangrove, Karachi’s first mixed-use sustainable development located at Cantonment Board Korangi Creek.

The event brought together senior leadership from across the TPL Group, including TPL Properties, TPL REIT Management Company (RMC), and TPL Developments, marking the formal launch of a project that blends smart living with ecological responsibility.
